aachaadee murg kaise banaen:
• ek katora len aur ek saath dahee, adarak lahasun pest, laal mirch paudar, jeera paudar, dhaniya paudar, haree mirch aur namak milaen. achchhee tarah milaen.
• phir chikan ke tukade joden. achchhee tarah se milaen taaki sabhee chikan tukade achchhee tarah se marinadai ke saath lepit hain. kavar karen aur 3 - 4 ghante ke lie alag rakhen.
• baad mein ek kadaee mein garmee sarason ka tel aur sookhe laal mirch aur phir poore masaale - nigel beej, jeera beej, sarason ke beej, saumf beej aur methee ke beej joden.
• jab beej spatar mein shuroo hote hain to karee pattiyon ko joden aur phir pyaaj joden. pyaaj pest bhoora ho jaata hai jab tak sos. ise aksar skraiping rakhen.
• ab tamaatar ka pest joden. jab tak sabhee kachchee gandh gaayab na ho jae tab tak ise pakaen. ab masaaledaar chikan ke tukade joden.
