Mushroom Two Piece Recipe

Mushrooms do the use of piyaaja onion in double quantity hence the name is named "piyaaja". This mushroom curry is delicious and can be made in a jiffy. Mushrooms do the piazza makes the perfect dish dish in any north Indian diet. Kumb Do Piaja is an ideal choice for low-calorie dishes without compromising on the taste.

material:

500 grams mushrooms (quartered)
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 onions (sliced)
1 capsicum (chopped)
4 small onions (cut in parts)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
salt to taste

How to make mushrooms:

Add the heat oil, cumin seed to a pan and when it starts to add ginger-garlic paste and onions.
Fry onions until it becomes transparent.
Then add all spices, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chillies. Mix all the ingredients well and cook it for one minute.
Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, tomatoes become slightly dirty.
Add little onions and capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes until the capsicum becomes slightly soft.
Now add the mushroom pieces with salt. Cover it with a lid and cook until it finishes. Cook on low flame.
When the mushroom is cooked, add finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Gently mix and serve.
Note: If you do not have small onions, then use common onions. But remember to cut them in large pieces.
