material:

200 gms Mushrooms
2 onion (pajaj)
3 tomatoes (tomatoes)
1 piece ginger (adrak)
1 green chili (green chilli)
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon coriander leaves (Dhania Patti)
1/2 tsp salt (salt)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Turmeric)
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (red chilli)
1/2 teaspoon masala mixture (Garam masala)
2 tablespoons clarified butter (ghee)

How To Make Mushroom Manga:

Mushrooms cut into slices.
Cut finely onions.
Grind ginger, green chilies and tomatoes.
Cut finely coriander leaves.
Heat the pan in a pan and fry onion until it becomes pink.
Fry the tomatoes in it and then add cream and mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes and then add turmeric, red chilli powder, spices mixture and salt.
Cook over low flame till mushrooms become soft. Then remove it from the flame.
Garnish and warm service with coriander.
