250 gms mushrooms
150 grams of corn seed (maize)
1 capsicum (capsicum)
3 onions (pajaj)
250 gm tomato (tomatoes)
1 piece ginger (adrak)
2 green chilies (green chillies)
1 tablespoon coriander leaves (Dhania Patti)
1/2 lemon
1 garlic (garlic)
1 teaspoon red chili powder (red chilly)
salt to taste
1/2 cup clarified butter (ghee)
How To Make Mushroom Corn Spices:
Mecca 3-4 hours corn and then stress.
Boil them and then keep them aside.
Cut the mushrooms into four pieces.
