Curry Mushroom Recipe
Here is a delicious, flavored mushroom recipe with capsicum. Learn how to make curry mushrooms.
material:
200 gms Mushrooms
1 capsicum (capsicum)
2 onion (pajaj)
4 tomatoes (tomatoes)
1 piece ginger (adrak)
5-6 garlic (lassul) buds
2 green chilies (green chillies)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (red chilli)
1 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Turmeric)
1/2 teaspoon masala mixture (Garam masala)
4 tablespoons clarified butter (ghee)
How To Make Karahi Mushrooms:
Mushrooms cut into slices.
Cut Capsicum in Cubes
Cut finely onions and tomatoes.
Grind ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Heat the pan in a pan and fry onion until it becomes pink.
Then fry the ginger paste for a minute.
Now add tomatoes and fry until the ghee separates.
Put salt, red chili powder, coriander and turmeric powder.
After adding 1/4 cup water, add mushrooms and boil.
Cook till mushrooms become soft.
Then cook the capsicum for 2-3 minutes and remove it from the flame.
Now sprinkle some spices mixture.
serve hot.
