Mushroom Masala Recipe
Mushroom masala is a dry dish and excellent combination with roti and chapati.
material:
2 medium finely chopped onions
2 medium chopped tomatoes
1/2 lb. Spicy mushrooms
6 thin green chili peppers
4 cloves
1 small stick cinnamon
1 teaspoon red chili pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon fenugreek leaves (crushed fenugreek leaves)
How To Make Mushroom Spices:
Add hot oil, cloves and cinnamon. When the oil simers, add onions.
When the onion becomes brown, add mixed garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and turmeric powder in a little water with salt for taste.
When the spices are completely fried and oil comes, then add tomatoes and green chili chillies.
Stir well, then add spicy mushrooms. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with dried crushed fenugreek leaves for a delicious flavor. Serve with Chapti or Puri.
