1/4 - 1/2 kap doodh
1 chammach dhaniya patte (baareek kata hua)

shaahee paneer kaise banaen:

tarabooj ke beej ya kaajoo ko sookhen jo aap kam se kam 2 baje tak le rahe hain aur phir unhen chikanee pest mein pees len.
ek kadaee mein 2 tespoon ghee garam karen, pyaaj, adarak, haree mirch aur bhoore rang ke ilaayachee joden. pyaaj tak paaradarshee ho jaata hai. tamaatar joden, ise kavar karen aur 7-8 minat ke lie pakaen.
dahee aur kaajoo ya kharabooje ke beej pest joden. 3-4 minat ke lie kuk aur aag se hata den.
uparokt avayavon ko shaant karen aur unhen 1/2 kap paanee ke saath ek graindar mein daal den. pyooree ko dabaen.
ek phraing pain len, 1 bada chammach ghee joden aur uparokt shuddh pest joden aur tel ko alag hone tak kam lau par 10 minat tak pakaen.
namak, laal mirch paudar, jeera paudar, garam masaala aur tamaatar sos joden. paryaapt paanee joden taaki motee grevee ho.
kam lau par rakhen aur 5-7 minat ke lie khaana banaana. aag se nikaalen.
garmee ko garm karane aur paneer ke tukade jodane ke samay.
doodh joden aur achchhee tarah milaen aur 2 se 3 minat tak pakaen. not: pakavaan ko adhik kreemiyar banaane ke lie aap 1/4 kap kreem ke saath doodh ko pratisthaapit kar sakate hain.
