kadhaee paneer kaise banaen:
• lambe tukadon mein kotej paneer, kaipsikam kaat len.
• pyaaj, tamaatar, adarak, namak, laal mirch paudar aur naarangee rang pees len.
• laung laung aur daalacheenee.
• ek pain mein heet spasht makkhan.
• be pattee, laung, daalacheenee joden.
• phir pyaaj, tamaatar, adarak pest joden.
